And I'm going to be living in... Kansai! (sorry, no specifics. see if you can guess.)
It wasn't my first choice (or second, or even third) but it looks like a pretty nice placement. I'm sad that I won't get to see my friends in and around Tokyo very much, but I can always get the Shinkansen there to see people every now and again.
Time to brush up on 関西弁, perhaps!
